These terms govern chauffeured SUV bookings made with SUV.LIMO. By requesting a quote or confirming a booking you accept them.

A quote request is not a confirmed booking. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing with a fixed price, vehicle class, date, time and route.
You are responsible for the accuracy of pickup and drop-off addresses, flight numbers, passenger count and luggage volume. Incorrect details may lead to delays or a revised price.
Confirmed prices are fixed and all-inclusive of tolls, taxes, parking, fuel and gratuity unless stated otherwise on the confirmation.
Additional stops, route changes, extended waiting time beyond the included allowance, and out-of-hours or cross-border surcharges may be charged where they were not part of the confirmed booking.
Airport pickups include complimentary waiting time from the recorded landing time. All other pickups include 15 minutes.
Waiting time beyond the included allowance is charged in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.
We operate SUVs only. A specific make or model is never guaranteed; we guarantee the booked vehicle class and its stated passenger and luggage capacity.
Where a booked vehicle becomes unavailable we will supply an equivalent or superior SUV at no extra cost.
Chauffeurs may refuse or end a journey where behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, or where passenger or luggage numbers exceed the booked capacity. No refund is due in these cases.
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Soiling or damage may incur a cleaning or repair charge.
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, strikes or flight changes.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
